Every invoice, payment, and credit note in chronological order. Window the view by date and download the PDF.
Invoices and payments
Open any invoice, download the PDF, and see which payments have been allocated against it.
Final statement when you sell
When your tenancy ends, your final statement is rendered as a PDF and stays available in your portal.
What you cannot see
Other leaseholders' balances, payments, or details — never. The building's overall cash position is only visible if your freeholder has explicitly chosen to share it. SimpleFreeholder enforces this at the data layer, not just the UI.
Privacy
